D-941 Change Order

EJCDC D-941 is an all-new document for the Owner and Design-Builder’s use in authorizing changes in the Owner/Design-Builder contract, including changes to price, time, or other provisions of the contract.  This document is similar EJCDC C-941 (for design-bid-build) but is specific to design-build project delivery.  Using EJCDC D-941 in design-build brings improved clarity to administering changes to a design-build contract.
