P-625 Buyer’s Acknowledgment of Receipt of Goods

New for 2019, EJCDC® P 625 2019 Buyer’s Acknowledgment of Receipt of Goods is used to notify the Seller that the Goods have been received at the Point of Destination, in apparently compliant quantities and condition.  The Buyer’s Acknowledgment form provides the Buyer with a means to provide the acknowledgment referred to in Paragraph 9.02.B.2 of EJCDC® P‑700, Standard General Conditions of the Procurement Contract (2019).
