E-582 Model Form of Agreement Between Owner and Program Manager

This document is used when the Owner engages a Program Manager to assist the Owner with the management of a Program. This Agreement provides the general terms and conditions governing the relationship between the Owner and Program Manager and provides a comprehensive template of possible services that are often assigned to Program Managers in connection with the Program, starting with General Planning and Project Development Services and continuing through Administrative Services, Design Phase, Procurement Support Services, and Construction Phase.
