C-525 Suggested Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor for Construction Contracts: Cost-Plus

The EJCDC 2018 Agreement between Owner and Contractor (Cost-Plus-Fee) has been prepared for use with the Guide to the Preparation of Instructions to Bidders (C-200) and with the Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract (C-700). Their provisions are interrelated, and a change in one may necessitate a change in the others.
